Shipping
This page explains how to configure your shipping setup, create shipping labels, and track deliveries through the Pharmacy Portal.Setting Up Shipping
Before you can ship orders, you need to configure your shipping carrier in the Pharmacy Portal.Add your carrier
Enter your shipping carrier details. RxScale supports integration with common carriers. Your account manager can help you set up the right carrier for your needs.
Creating Shipping Labels
Once your carrier is configured, you can create shipping labels for orders that are ready to ship.- Open the order you want to ship.
- Confirm the delivery address is correct.
- Create the shipping label. The system will generate a label using your configured carrier.
- Print the label and attach it to the package.
- Hand the package to your shipping carrier.
Tracking Shipments
After shipping an order, you can track its delivery status from the Pharmacy Portal. Tracking information is typically provided by your shipping carrier and is displayed alongside the order details. Both you and the patient can see the tracking status, so there is no need to manually notify patients about their delivery progress.Return Labels
In some cases, you may need to create a return label for an order. Return labels allow patients to send products back to your pharmacy. The process for creating return labels is similar to creating shipping labels:- Open the relevant order.
- Select the option to create a return label.
- The return label is generated and can be sent to the patient.
Return policies and processes may vary depending on your organisation’s configuration. Contact your account manager for details about your specific setup.
Tips for Shipping
