PROCESSING | The order is currently being fulfilled. Items are being picked, packed, or prepared for shipment. |

Fulfillment Flow
Step by Step
- OPEN — A new fulfillment order is created when an order is ready to be physically prepared. This happens after the prescription has been signed and the order has been assigned to a pharmacy.
- PROCESSING — The pharmacy has started working on the fulfillment. This means items are being gathered and the package is being prepared.
- FINISHED — Everything is done. The medication has been packed and dispatched. The fulfillment process is complete.
- CANCELLED — If the fulfillment needs to be stopped (for example, because the order was cancelled or reassigned), it moves to this status. A fulfillment can be cancelled from either the OPEN or PROCESSING state.
