Pharmacy invites
Pharmacy invites let admins onboard a pharmacy without RxScale having to provision it manually. You mint a link in the admin tool, share it via your own channel (email, WhatsApp, whatever the pharmacy already uses), and the pharmacist completes the rest on their own.Mint an invite
- Open Settings → Pharmacy invites.
- Click Create invite. A note field is optional but helps you recognise which invite went to which pharmacy.
- Submit. The next screen shows the invite link in plaintext. Copy it immediately — closing the dialog clears it from the page. (You can still revoke and reissue if you lose the link.)
Share the invite
RxScale does not send the link. Send it through whatever channel you already use with that pharmacy. Anyone holding the link can redeem it — so share through a trusted channel.Manage existing invites
The list shows every invite you have minted. The status badge tells you where it is:- Active — link still works.
- Consumed — the pharmacy onboarded successfully.
- Expired — the 7-day window has passed.
- Revoked — you cancelled it.
