# Reporting

> See how many questionnaire submissions your organisation received per questionnaire, over any period of up to one year.

# Reporting

The **Reporting** page in the admin tool shows how your organisation develops over time. The
upper part of the page relates to the shop and the period you select at the top of the page.

Below the shop-related cards, the page shows the card **Submissions per questionnaire**. It
covers your whole organisation. Its period is chosen in the card's own header, with a start
date, an end date, or **This month** and **Last month**, independently of the shop and the
period selected at the top of the page. A period can cover up to 366 days.

## Submissions per questionnaire

This card shows how many questionnaire submissions you received, broken down by questionnaire.

* **Figures.** The number of submissions in the selected period, the number in the previous
period, and the change between the two.
* **Chart.** One bar per day, week or month, stacked by questionnaire. Switch the resolution
with **Day**, **Week** and **Month**. When you have more than seven questionnaires, the chart
groups the smaller ones as **Other**.
* **Table.** Every questionnaire with its number of submissions, its share of the total, the
  previous period and the change.

### What counts as a submission

Every submitted questionnaire counts once, including submissions that arrive through an
external questionnaire provider. Submissions of archived questionnaires stay in the figures.
Deleted submissions and deleted questionnaires do not. The **Questionnaire funnel** among the
shop-related cards counts only submissions that are not yet linked to a patient, so its
**Submitted** figure can be lower than the total shown here.

### Previous period

The previous period has the same length as the selected one and ends where it begins. For
15 to 28 June, the previous period is 1 to 14 June. A questionnaire that had
no submissions in the previous period shows **New** instead of a percentage.

### Days, weeks and months

Days are counted in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). A submission shortly after midnight in
your local time can therefore appear on the previous day. Weeks start on Monday. When your
period starts or ends in the middle of a week or month, the first and last bar cover only the
part inside the period.

## CSV export

**CSV export** downloads the figures of the card for the selected period and resolution. The
file has one row per day, week or month and questionnaire:

| Column | Content |
| - | - |
| `bucket` | Start date of the row's time span: the day itself, the Monday of the week, or the first day of the month, as `YYYY-MM-DD`, for example `2026-06-15` |
| `questionnaire` | Name of the questionnaire |
| `questionnaire_uid` | Unique ID of the questionnaire |
| `submissions` | Number of submissions |

Rows with zero submissions are included, so the file can be turned into a pivot table directly.
The download link is valid for ten minutes.
